If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
